I was mentally drained from checking around everywhere, so it was a relief to finally find the primers and bullets I needed here. Their selection was better than most places I’ve seen lately, which made the whole thing a lot less frustrating.

I ordered online and picked everything up at the store... super easy!! The staff was really nice, and my order was already ready to go. It did take a few minutes to get checked out, but nothing major at all!!! Prices seemed fair too. I’d definitely use local pickup again!!

I did end up getting my refund, so I’ll give them credit for that. It just took longer than I think it should have, when a company owes you money, the right thing to do is handle it quickly. Glad it was resolved, but the wait was frustrating.
